Preparing Our Next Generation for Tomorrow
Reco McDaniel grew up in a single parent household that consisted of a mother. Because of his mother’s independence and strong work ethic, he learned the value of self worth early in life. But without a father, it was tough sometimes. Thank God that Reco had his Grandfather, Papa, through his childhood and teenage life that played the major father figure to him. Papa became that of a guiding light and impacted his life to become the man he is today.

Reco watched many of his friends or relatives fall short of succeeding in life because of not having the right guidance and support. That’s why he and others have decided to give back and offer these services FREE of charge!

So many people have gifts and talents on the inside of them that may be suppressed because of poor association or no guidance. C.O.D.E. R.E.D. Marketing has developed a mentorship program designed to be that guiding light for kids, teenagers, and even young adults. Members of our organization are paired up with mentees and help them prepare for and face current life challenges or issues that could have possibly held them back.
